Delete your account

You can delete your Riwaq account and all its data yourself, in the app:

1. Open Account (the last tab).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. It happens at once and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account, phone number and name.
• Your listings come down from Riwaq, and the contact numbers on them are deleted.
• Your requests (list your property, viewings), saved homes, search alerts and notifications.

Counts of app use (opens, listing views) remain with no link to your account. If you are on Riwaq's team, an admin takes you off the team first, then you can delete your account.

No longer have the app? Write to privacy@riwaq.rent from your number and we delete it within seven days.
