باستخدامك رواق، التطبيق أو الموقع riwaq.rent، توافق على هالشروط.
الخدمة
رواق يعرض عقارات للإيجار في الكويت، ويساعد المستأجرين يتواصلون مع الملاك، ويساعد الملاك يعرضون عقاراتهم. رواق مو طرف في عقد الإيجار، والاتفاق يكون بين المالك والمستأجر.
الإعلانات
نحرص إن الإعلانات دقيقة، والصور والجولات نصورها بنفسنا، بس المعلومات مثل السعر والتوفر تجي من المالك وممكن تتغير. تأكد من كل شي قبل لا توقع أو تدفع.
الملاك
المالك مسؤول إن معلومات عقاره صحيحة وإن عنده الحق يأجره، ويحدّث حالته إذا تأجّر.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم رواق للإزعاج أو الاحتيال، ولا تجمع أرقام الملاك أو بياناتهم بأي طريقة آلية، ولا تنشر معلومات مو صحيحة.
المحتوى
الصور والجولات والتصميم ملك لرواق أو لأصحابها، ولا يجوز نسخها بدون إذن.
المسؤولية
نقدم الخدمة مثل ما هي. ما نتحمل مسؤولية اتفاق بين مالك ومستأجر، ولا أي خسارة تجي منه، في حدود ما يسمح فيه القانون.
القانون
تخضع هالشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.

By using Riwaq, the app or the website riwaq.rent, you agree to these terms.
The service
Riwaq shows homes for rent in Kuwait, helps renters reach owners, and helps owners list their homes. Riwaq is not a party to any rental contract; the agreement is between the owner and the renter.
Listings
We work to keep listings accurate and shoot the photos and tours ourselves, but details such as price and availability come from the owner and can change. Check everything before you sign or pay.
Owners
Owners are responsible for their home's details being true and for having the right to rent it out, and for updating it once rented.
Acceptable use
Do not use Riwaq to harass or defraud anyone, do not collect owners' numbers or data by automated means, and do not post false information.
Content
Photos, tours and design belong to Riwaq or their owners and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for agreements between owners and renters or any loss arising from them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
